What Can I Expect?

Your loan application will be sent to FIFCU and then reviewed by a mortgage loan officer. The mortgage loan officer will reach out to you directly and help you with your loan request within 24 hours. We will work closely together to ensure you’ll have a prompt and seamless process, attentive service, and an excellent experience.

 

What Happened to Community Mortgage Funding?

We’re excited to share that, as of March 31, 2025, Community Mortgage Funding has consolidated with Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union. That means the same trusted team and same great service, now under one unified brand.
